These Terms govern your use of TrajectoryAI (the “Service”), provided by TrajectoryAI (“we,” “our,” “us”). Please note that TrajectoryAI is currently in Beta. Features, performance, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time.
TrajectoryAI is a Beta service provided “as is” and “as available.”
To use the Service, you must register for an account and abide by the requirements below. You’re responsible for how your account is used, and by keeping it secure and used appropriately we can deliver the Service safely and reliably.
You always own your data. We process it only to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. By using TrajectoryAI, you grant us permission to handle your data solely for operational and analytical purposes as described below.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
During the Beta phase, pricing and billing terms may change. Any adjustments will be communicated in advance.
You may stop using TrajectoryAI whenever you wish, and we reserve the right to discontinue the Service when necessary. This section outlines how termination works for both parties to ensure fairness and data security.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrajectoryAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service. This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Poland.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal obligations, or business operations. We’ll notify users of significant updates via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
